Rental Guidelines

Booking with G.G.E Rentals

Visit our website to view our full selection of giant yard games available for rent. Each game listing includes photos, descriptions, and rental details to help you choose the right setup for your event.

Review our pricing packages based on the number and type of games you’d like to rent. Availability is based on your event date and inventory. If you have questions, you may contact us directly at 682-233-4543 or info@ggerentals.com.

Your reservation is confirmed once we receive both the signed rental agreement and a rental deposit equal to 30% of your total rental amount.
 

The deposit invoice must be paid within 2 calendar days of being sent. If the deposit is not received within that time, the requested date may be released and made available to other customers.

The rental deposit serves as both a reservation retainer and a security deposit for the equipment.

The remaining balance will be invoiced on the Monday prior to your event and must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
 

After booking, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt. For your protection, we do not store credit card information.

Our rentals operate on a DIY basis. Customers are responsible for picking up the rented games, transporting them safely, and setting them up at their event. All equipment must be returned at the agreed-upon time and in the same condition in which it was received.

Delivery and setup services are available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance, subject to availability. We do not accept payments on the day of the event.

Travel Surcharge

Standard rentals are pickup-based. Delivery and setup services are available for an additional fee and must be scheduled in advance. Fees may vary based on distance, number of games, and event logistics. A travel surcharge may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

Damage and/or Injury

The customer assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment from the time of pickup (or delivery) until the equipment is returned to Grand Games & Event Rentals.
 

The customer agrees to:

  • Transport, set up, use, and supervise the games safely

  • Return all equipment clean and in the same condition as received

  • Return all equipment at the agreed-upon time. Late returns may result in additional fees or replacement charges as outlined in the rental agreement.
     

The customer may be charged for damage, excessive wear, loss, theft, or cleaning, as outlined in the rental agreement. Charges may be applied within five business days of return, and an itemized invoice will be provided.
 

Grand Games & Event Rentals, its owners, employees, and contractors are not responsible for injuries sustained during transport, setup, breakdown, or gameplay. Customers are responsible for ensuring rented equipment is used safely and appropriately during the rental period.

Bad Weather

Our yard games are designed for outdoor use; however, weather conditions can affect safe gameplay. In the event of severe weather, including lightning, extreme winds, flooding, or heavy rain, the client is responsible for determining whether conditions are safe for use.

If adverse weather is anticipated prior to your event, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options, subject to availability and the terms of the rental agreement.
