How long is the rental period?
 

Rentals are typically offered as full-weekend rentals, with pickup on Friday and returns due by
Monday evening. Requests outside of these days or times may be accommodated on a
case-by-case basis and require contacting us directly by phone or email.

Do you offer delivery and setup?
 

Yes. Rentals are DIY by default, but delivery and setup are available for an additional fee when
scheduled in advance.

Q3.

How do I book a rental?
 

You can request a quote or book directly through our website. A reservation is confirmed once we
receive a signed rental agreement and the required 30% deposit.

Q4.

When is payment due?
 

A 30% deposit is required at booking to secure your rental date and must be paid within 2 calendar days of the invoice being sent. The remaining balance is invoiced on the Monday prior to your event and must be paid before pickup or delivery.

Q5.

Are the games suitable for kids and adults?
 

Yes, our games are designed for all ages, with adult supervision required for children.

Q6.

What happens if a game is damaged or not returned?
 

The renter is responsible for the equipment from pickup to return, and fees may apply for damage,
loss, or excessive cleaning as outlined in the rental agreement.

What if the weather is bad?
 

Weather-related decisions are the responsibility of the renter, with details outlined in the rental
agreement.

Q8.

Where are you located and what areas do you serve?
 

We are based in Dallas and serve surrounding areas. Delivery and setup fees apply for locations
10 miles or more from our base service area.
