Grand Games & Event Rentals, LLC strives to provide a clear and fair refund policy for all rental bookings.
Deposits
Deposits may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the booking terms provided at the time of reservation. The specific refund conditions will be clearly stated in the invoice or booking agreement.
Cancellations
Customers who need to cancel a reservation should contact us as soon as possible.
If a booking includes a refundable deposit, refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined in the booking invoice or rental agreement.
Deposits marked as non-refundable are not eligible for refund.
Rental Agreement
All rentals are governed by the Rental Agreement that customers must review and accept before completing a booking.
The Rental Agreement outlines important terms including:

• refundable or non-refundable deposits
• cancellation conditions
• equipment responsibility
If there is any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will control.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking whenever possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
